I have been looking for my younger brother for many years. I am on a very limited budget and have no idea what to do. I only know is name Franklin Cornellier and he is 4 years younger than me which I am 34. Last place I seen him was in Phoenix, Az. As a child he was in a living facility due to some health problems. We were wards of the state so once I turned 18 they wouldn’t let me have anymore contact. Any and all the help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
I have a 26 year old daughter named Heather a.Boundy. her father wont let her talk to me and with her handicap(she has maple syrup urine disease) so she does ot thing she has the rights. Heather thought she was running away at 21. She doesnt realize she has rights, and I don’t have the money to go to buffalo to find her. even if I did until I know whaat to do legally I feel lost. She lives in Cheektowga or Lancaster somewhere . the last time her father found out sshe was talking to me she got into trouble ant the phone number was changed again. Her fathers names is JAMES ARTHUR BOUNDY SR. IF ANYONE HAS ANY LEGAL INFORMATION PLEASE HELP ME.
